- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 10 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 25 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 25 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will refund 20% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
